I recently called them too and spoke to GMC people. I found them to be quite helpful... but then again, being an engineer i already had the part numbers on hand (they are on the triton website for the newer equipment) i just needed to know how to order the parts. They said bunnings and i had more toruble with the folks at the bunnings special orders desk than i did trying to get information out of GMC.

There are no part numbers for the Mark 3 on the websiteand as I can't afford a newer model, I'm stuck with what I have. The order is being sent, with the feet for the frame included. On mine they have screw thread in the middle so you can level the frame out. Being an older product, and becoming harder to get spares for, this is why I am incredibly grateful for the knowledge that Malcom has and was able to help me out.

slightly off tangent but I want to buy 2 on/off switches 1 new router table,1 rebuilt jointer. I'd prefer something that I can hit (off) with my knee. As Ive got Triton stuff already and I like their switch on the 2000 should I get this or are there better alternatives incl price wise.
If I go the Triton one do I just order on their wedsit ph.no.
I live near Pt Limcoln SA (wahoo going Tuna fishing next week) so the nearest Bullies opps bunnies is Adelaide

Mk3 still available
Guys, two things to answern your questions, as of today I have done a search on the triton home page, in the "Frequently asked questions" it states that most parts are still available for the Mk3 and only the models that are 20 years or so old have been discontinued, ie Grey,White or blue models. I have never seen them myself but I am sure someone will have one tucked away somewhere.
I went to Bunnies to see if I could get a pair of "Bearing channels" for my old Mk3 new series, The nubers are different for the Mk3 and the 2000, HOWEVER, when I tried the saw slide in the 2000 I found it was the same.
I asked the young person at Binies why and when Triton became GMC, couldn't tell me when but said that they obtained Triton to allow them into the American market.??
Part of Johny's FTA perhaps!!
well thats my bit just thoght I would add what I found out today.

my mate greg who works at the local m10 hates having to phone gmc\triton. He reckons that they are the hardest bunch of ----- to deal with and if I ask him to order something for me he starts moaning and frothing at the mouth
