Default Triton spares - I am frustrated

    G'day guys & others,

I am after an Armature for my T305DBSMS, it is a Double Bevel Sliding Mitre Saw with 305mm blade.
I have tried https://www.whiteint.com.au/contact-us and also [email protected]

If anyone can point me in the right direction I would be very grateful. Willing to go overseas for it if need be.

    Cheers
    Col

    Hi Col,

Can't steer you in the right direction, but wanted to wish you luck

As much as i love my Triton Workcentre when i had it i found it impossible to source parts for it. Carbatec even though they are a Triton stockist couldn't get parts for me. Well initially they said they could but after many weeks of being messed around decided they couldn't get it. But thats a different story.

What i ended up doing was buying an el cheapo workcentre from Gumtree and salvaging it for parts, might be an idea to post a wanted ad for what you're after.

It's the same as the GMC but toolsparesonline (UK) don't have an armature for it and they are a good source for Triton and GMC spares.

Perhaps use the form here and ask Triton if the armature is used in any other tools. Alternatively there are plenty of armature rewinding repair businesses.

For those of you into 3D printing, there are models of some of the plastic Triton bits (knobs, pressure finger, runner) on thingiverse.

    See Aldi 3D Printer

for a pressure finger I printed as a spare

I left a message on UK toolsparesonline's spare parts site on whether or not they could get the armature and they replied "no".

I can't see you printing an armature, which this thread is about.
