I too have seen the wood whisperers vid on a cross cut sled, and loved the idea. Just figured un-neccessary with what the triton can do. Also the depth of cut is decreased by the thickness of the sleds base. Having said all that I love a good jig, its on the list!

Can anyone tell me where to get the plastic in Perth, preferably a source of offcuts and what thickness should I be looking for?
Colli had some clear handypanels last time I was in there. Similar to the MDF and plywood handypanels sold at Bunnings and Mitre 10, but clear plastic.
