    Default Band/Web Clamping - An alternative

    G'day mates,

    I was shopping in Ikea with the family today and found this item, http://www.ikea.com/au/en/catalog/products/80165544.

    Together with a set of Bessey's Vario corner blocks (picture http://www.bessey.de/media/Graphics/0000/00009422_0.jpg) or Lee Valley's Variable-Angle Web Clamp Corners (http://www.leevalley.com/US/images/i.../50k5701s3.jpg), they would make a decent clamping system.

    I have fitted the straps to the corner blocks and they fit perfectly. I took some pictures of them in action.

    These straps are better than tie-downs because there are no hooks to mess it.

    Just a suggestion.
