The black handled ones are metric.

They changed the colour scheme about 1-2 years ago, no-one seems to know why, probably a branding issue or perhaps the colouring is better for the plastic - who knows?

The last Northwood supplied Great Bessey Clamp order did have red handles with the black plastic covered bodies.

I wasn't concerned about the colour!

But I never referred to the colour of the handles, I only meant the bodies!

    They will all look splendid!

    ok
it's me that's confusing things - for some reason, I thought we were talking about black handles
    I'll shut up now

... looking forward to some new clamps - whatever the colour

Email sent containing (expanded) order and info. I'm also happy to be a pick up point if we need one in the Southern Highlands, although if pickup is in Sydney then I'll go get 'em! I'm happy to pick up for anyone else in the Southern Highlands as well - email or PM me if needed.

    Martin,

I'm going to need these sooner rather than later. Do you think it would be too cheeky to pick them up directly from Colin, as I am in Brisbane?

By the way, I can also pick up for others in the South Brisbane area.

Lightbulb TG Clamp Update - and prices

All, I have some more info on the TG clamps, the TG tommy bar clamps that have already been quoted are pictured below and look like the first image.

I've also been asked about the wooden handle versions of these clamps (see second picture). These are 1 dollar less than the prices for the same size tommy bar clamps.

When you are ordering your clamps, can you please specify either Wooden handle or tommy bar to avoid confusion.

    Thanks,

    Martin.

Colin is handling the retailer side, but the clamps are shipped directly to each capital city drop off point from the distributor _and_ not Colin's shop so I'm sorry but that idea is not an option.

Exclamation Email orders for TG clamps

    All,

Been going thru the list I have of firm orders people have emailed my at the bessy gmail address, and have discovered a few orders for the TG clamps.

In light of the wooden handle clamps not being available as well as the tommy bar versions, can those of you who have emailed me with TG clamps in their order, please let me know by email if you would like the tommy bar versions or the wooden handle version so that Colin can get the invoice right.

    Thanks,

    Martin.
