Damn it took an email from Colin to tip me of to what you were doing here... I wasnt looking
Cheers Colin
Martin Ive been going through the Bessey site link but nothing gives me a clue as to what the numbers or letters stand for??... a K100 is what compared to a K60?
Where is the Perth drop off point? Im south of Perth some several hundred clicks so wouldnt mind getting an idea of where Ive gotta go to pick up... has that been organized yet?
So far my order as I presently can understand is for...
4x these ones
8x these ones
depending on what I think the numbers stand for being the length of the bar I will want 4x K60s and 4xK100s BUT for gods sake someone let me know!!
2x sets of these things
Are these on the list?
If so then 2 please
I think unless someone can show me what exactly that list looks like that will have to do
oh and Im gonna be a right pain in the bum here and ask the mental gynmnasts here if they can straighten my order out... mmm maybe I better just copy ol pops order?
Clamps are good arent they? I mean a bloke needs clamps doesnt he? REALLY clamps are good for a blokes soul right? note this is to get feedback on how to handle her bloody highness when she shytes kittens at the hole in the CC
pay by CC Perth drop of unless you want to deliver them then I'll throw iin a beer an barbie (dependin on weather )
do I need to email Martin or what? strewth this bloody post is friggin 18 PAGES LONG!!! Im cccconfused vewy vewwy confused
oh and cheers to both Colin and Martin for the efforts to set this upBelieve me there IS life beyond marriage!!! Relax breathe and smile learn to laugh again from the heart so it reaches the eyes!!

Well things are starting to move, I have my invoice which I'll pay shortly, despite the fact that Colin is trying to scare me with a BE-K60 product description of 'Quick Action Body Clamp 600' ... the price and item number match up to the K60, so I'm happy.
I just realised, when we do the direct deposit into Colin's account, what reference should we use. Invoice number?
Regards

Ding,
the 60 and 100 on the K60 and K100 stand for the length of the bar in cm I think. The Framing set (KP) is used with the K clamps. And if it wasn't so damn far I'd deliver yours for the beer and barbie.
Martin,
My invoice arrived from Northwood and I've processed the payment for it already - now I can't wait to pick them up! I love buying tools....Bob C.
Never give up.

Hi ya Burn,
I would use the invoice number when you are making your internet direct deposit. That way it's easy for Colin to line these things up and update my spreadsheet with all this stuff.
I publicly take my hat off to you for doing this last time, it's surprising just how much time this takes up and from what everyone has said to me, you did a great job last time. Hopefully I can rise to that high standard you set. Good work mate.
Ciao,
M.

It's not mandatory to post you order on this thread as well as email, but upon my small mind thinking about it for a bit, other people watching this thread might be interested in what others are ordering Burn, looks like you have had yet another good idea, where do you find the time to come up with them?
Ciao,
M.

Martin,
If arriving on page 18 isn't too late I would like to add my list to the great Bessey order 2007.
4 x K60
2 x K100
1 x KP Block Set.
And hope that qualifies for delivery to Townsville!
John Elliott.

Ok, lets see if I can address all of this, I've just run off and checked the clamps I already have, K100's and K150's the K100 open to 1000mm when fully clamped and the K150 opens to 1500 when fully clamped. So I'm guessing that the 100 is for 100 Cm etc.
Secondly, yes I require an email from you, then that gets added to the spreadsheet I'm maintaining, and forwarded onto Colin.
The details I need are as follows
1) Your name and address (this is for the tax invoice etc.)
2) Pickup location
3) Payment Method
4) The clamps you want to order
this needs to be emailed (obviously posting your address is a very very bad idea on any forum) to me [email protected] at then I can get the ball rolling for you.
Ta,
M.

mate? what the hell did I order??... is it possible to list it like the other fellas have? and price would be good Ive no idea how much that came too since I have no real idea what exactly Im ordering! Tools are good eh! And a bloke NEEDS these clamps!! ...Thanks for clearing the K100 thing up
Once thats clear I'll email you with the personal info ... What do I do regarding paying Col by CC? Do I email him the details or what?.. do we know yet where the drop off point in Perth is? or will it be over the 300 limit and therefore qualify for delivery?
Cheers for everything mate!
So the framing kit is all I need if Im ordering the K clamps? GOODOH!! put me in for a kit!Believe me there IS life beyond marriage!!! Relax breathe and smile learn to laugh again from the heart so it reaches the eyes!!

Yes I do need an email with all the details so I can add you to the list and get it off to Colin. CC is fine though this does attract an additional fee (2.75% on the total order amount from memory). Basically it works like this, send me an email with all the details then I forward this onto Colin (in a very nice spreadsheet so both Col and I can track it), he will then send you an invoice and then it's payment time. Once everyone has ordered/paid bu the CUT OFF DATE, then the clamps are shipped directly to the drop off points.
I have not had enough time to confirm the drop off points for each capital city yet, (it's top of my list now!)
Hope this helps out,
Ta,
M.

Just in case this is an influence in selecting a South Brisbane drop off point, I will be available for the next three weeks at home all day.
I'm having a well deserved break between contracting gigs to generally goof off and make a workbench, if the Gods will let me.
