Martin
My order is:
6 x K60
4 x K100
1 x set of KP framing blocks
Delivery to Perth, WA.
I am not sure who is serving as the drop off point for Perth. I am fairly central to most members, so can act in this capacity if the role is not already established.
Regards from Perth

Hi Derek, Martin,
If you are able to be the Perth drop off point Derek it would be very handy for me for one. Your offer is very much appreciated. (did not find any other mention of Perth drop off point in the thread, but could have missed it).
Can't wait now to get my hands on my first Besseys.
Cheers

TG Clamp Handles
Hi all,
The TG’s with the wooden handle are made now, as they have been switched over to the two component handle. These handles apparently (from the manufacturer) last longer - the wood handles have a life of 20 years, the component handles have a life of 25 years and that's why Bessey have made the change. As far as I'm aware this only applies to the TG clamps and not the k-body clamps. The TG wood handles clamps will NOT be able to be supplied with the great clamp order, only the component handles. I've included a picture of the new component handles.
Ciao,
M.

The two component handles are fine by me Martin, I'm sure they would give extra gripping power as well.

Drop off points!!!!
Hi All,
Ok I'm pushing all the orders thru to Colin at Northwood for the Clamp orders and now I need drop off points for the following locations at this stage:
Perth
Melbourne
Hobart
Adelaide
Newcastle
The drop off points already confirmed:
Brisbane (Colin @ northwood tools)
Sydney (Me @ Eastwood/Denistone - I get to finally meet some of my fellow woodies!!!)
To be a drop off point, I need you to be available one weekday for the delivery _and_ be available at least one week night (after 19:00 - 7pm) and one weekend day to allow other people to pick up their clamps and to be one of the people who have placed an order for clamps.
I know there have been people volunteering for this already so if you are still interested then let me know. For those who volunteer there is a foilie cap in it for you (at my expense) if you are selected as my way of saying thank you!
Thanks in advance,
Martin.

G'day Martin,
If Greg isn't up for being a drop-off point for Melbourne, I'm happy to do it. I'm out in the easterb suburbs at Kilsyth and am home all day everyday (90% of the time) working in the office or in the shed.
I'll pay for my order in the next day ot two.
