    Default What a buy!!!

    IMG_0307[1].jpgIMG_0308[1].jpgIMG_0309[1].jpgIMG_0316[1].jpgIMG_0312[1].jpgIMG_0314[1].jpgHello everyone.

Today at my local auction house which i frequent for the odd tools worth buying, I spied a box with a stanley 220 in it. I hid thee plane at the bottom of the box (a little cheeky) and hoped that nobody else would see it.

I ended winning the auction of the box with the plane in it and whisked it home to look at my new treasure. Happy with myself for getting it for $5 (yes $5), i emptied the box to see if there was anything else of interest.

Aside from a few files and some other bits and pieces, I found this cross pein hammer which i was happy about.

I was just wondering if some of the people on here who are more knowledgeable than I, could let me know their age and maybe even their worth.

I do not intend to sell them as I will be using them for work just a little curious.

    Kind regards, Andrew.

Yeah, what is that meant to mean? I am just asking about these tools. And for your information all of the items were out of a storage shed, not from a deceased estate.

Doggie's post was a quote + comment, but without the quote marks.

I will try and answer the original question and won't buy into the other stuff.
I would think in the reagon of $25 to $50 for the lot. The best indicator is look at what similar items get on the bay and what on line dealers are asking.
    Regards
    John
