Knew concepts fret saw blades
What blades do formites recommend for a Knew Concept fret saw. I‘M looking at recommendations for dovetail work and veneer (possibly). I’d prefer to buy what I need in one go due to freight costs.
Do you have a preferred supplier?
Cheers

I use pegas blades for dovetailing and have been very happy with them.

Thanks. Where to you buy them from? I noticed yours are No. 6 and most searches only show a 5 or a 7. Lie Nielsen OZ only stocks 7s.
Thanks

I got them from a supplier in the UK almost 4 years ago but he doesn't sell them anymore.
Going off the back of the packet, there isn't much of a difference between the sizes anyway.

I can't offer what is best, as my experience is limited.
When I buy I get them from Helen Harris who posts them. She knows EVERYTHING about the topic.

I've tried a heap and for me the Olson PGT are the best. I use a skip reverse No.9 for thicker dovetails and No.7 for thinner boards. They cut very quick and yet super smooth.
