There are at least three with full width blades, four if you count the spokeshave.
Maybe it is the spokeshave as it is the only one without a base?

It is the only tool with a full width blade (right to the side of the tool), but it's not what I was thinking

Not what I was thinking Colin

    Good guess though.

The 113 is the only one with a changeable base ... not what I was thinking though

Hint : If I had a Stanley Number 1, it would be in the picture, and it would NOT be the odd one out.

    We have a winner

    That's all she wrote.

The #40 is the only Stanley tool in the pic that doesn't have (or start with) a number 1.

It was that easy ....over to you NC.

For the amateurs among us, can you post the photo with all the tools numbered? Please?

Well the #1 was a pretty good clue. I'd already looked at it several times before you posted the clue
I won't be able to get anything together till later tonight so if anyone has one ready to go to fill in time, please do.

I really struggled to find anything that is puzzle worthy. My tool collection isn't that big yet.
But here is a quick one. One is different from the others for a particular reason.
