    Sorry Ikkyu.........

Look, as a fellow forum member, which by the way makes us brothers-in-arms, I have the sad duty to tell you the planes are NO GOOD for you!!!

As an aforementioned brother-in-arms, I see it as my duty to take the offending planes & look after them for you.... on a permanent basis, you understand.

I'll send you my postal address later.

Very nice collection you have there!!
    Cheers

very nice. Got my eye on that golden spokeshave at the front there. Is that a veritas or lee valley tool ?

Tell us about that double bladed looking block plane (is it double bladed ?) beside the no.60 looking block. Whats it like ?

    apricotripper,
Thanks the spokeshave is a lie-nielsen one of the first high quality hand tools I bought and I love it. The block plane is a no.130 double end block plane my father gave it to me very simple block plane just the cap screw thing and two beds I'm in the middle of doing it up. I want to get all the rust and crap off it and make it look good as new.

You've got a nice collection their Ikkyu. Wait, its not a collection is it, you're a user. Lets call it an arsenal then, or a fleet.
