Hah, yeah, I wasn't gonna say anything...
The Big Gator jig is pretty cool. I could go for something like that.
The Bridge City jigs are too pricey. I'm a sucker for fancy, shiny, boutiquey, hand madey tools, and I don't mind paying for them, but I don't really like BC's aesthetic and I think their prices are altogether unreasonable.
I might go with the Stanley jig in the meantime.
Or I may buy a drill press at the TWWW show...

How about a second hand Brobo Waldown bench or pillar drill? These are great, good quill travel and rigid as hell.
When you move back to the States you will be able to sell it for the same price you paid for it; they hold their value that well.
But if you want a post drill I know where there's a "Tough" for sale in full working order; a little country town I visit every couple of weeks has one in a 2nd hand shop.

If you have a friend with a drill press take over a few blocks of hard wood and drill some holes through them at various sizes. Clamp those on to your workpieces at home and use them as drill guides. They won't last for ever, but at the price you can afford to replace them as necessary.
