Default Harold & Saxon 6 Piece Contractor Chisel's

I have received this 6 piece set of Harold and Saxon Contractor Chisel's from our esteemed colleague Master Trent Powrie.

These are a beautiful chisel to hold in the hand.
I really like the extra weight which is due to the aircraft grade aluminium handle.
You can see in some of the close-up photo's, the neoprene which should help isolate the hammer blow's, as Trent has pointed out on his website.

The soft black leather chisel roll compliments the "Irish Green" anodised aluminium very nicely, though my opinion may be biased, as these are my chisels, and I am Irish!

    Regards, Justin.

I'm getting jealous! How much did you spend on them?

    Oh Justin,

I'm green with envy. Do I detect a theme here?

When I looked at the Harold and Saxon range I was struck by how aesthetic they are, but the timber handled versions were of more immediate appeal. Having seen your contractor chisels I can quite see why you have purchased them.

I think if I was going to have an outrageous collecting fetish it might well be chisels. The combination of shape and lethal potential are almost irresistable.

I am assuming these contractor chisels will be used in anger, but if they are I wouldn't be leaving them lying around anywhere!

    Regards

    Hi Paul.

These contractor chisels will be used in anger!

I will be very careful with regards to them growing legs and walking off a construction site.
A lockable tool box might be a good investment for them type of jobs.

I have ordered a set of firmer chisels and a set of long bladed paring chisels.
Cant wait to get my hands on them!

    Hi Andreas.
With regards to pricing, check out Trent's website. Which Wolften has linked to already.

    Hi Wolften.
With regards to turn around time, better to check with Trent on that one.

    Cheers, Justin.

If I ever see someone walking around a site with a toolbox handcuffed to his wrist I think I will know who it is.

More H & S chisels on order? Ooops, I think I just drooled all over my King Gees.

Wolften, I have been waiting nearly two years now so you might want to use that as a guide.

If he gets it without working for it; he's a parasite; and if he accumulates it after a life time of hard work, people call him a fool who never got anything out of life."
