Just arrived and already in love with it ...

    Dentist's magnifying light .. (hmmm ... photos not uploading ... ) (https://plus.google.com/photos/10355...761?banner=pwa)

The minor fly in the ointment ... 110V power supply.

The focal length looks to be about a foot, so that should work out ok I hope.

and this which I was uncertain about dragging all the way from the US to here, but ... ...
It is getting towards twice as hefty as the "Crescent #56 Sure-grip" which is my black one!

    Cheers,
    Paul

I think the first patient will have metal teeth that need filing not filling.
    That nail puller is purdy.
Those were the droids I was looking for.

I am ashamed - such a pun wasn't even on my radar.

I've looked out for a no8 and one finally came my way today. It's the Apr19 - 10 patent with the rosewood tote etc and sweetheart iron with lots of meat still on it. And yes that was the price on it.

A nice price for a No.8, and a good price for what appears to be a very nice No.8.

    Well done Jim.
