Default Mystery Tool - Kempee Jointer

My father bought this tool years ago at a clearing sale. It looks like a pipe cutter but most of the interchangeable wheels are not sharp but rounded.
I would like to find out what it was used for and whether it still has a purpose today.
    Thanks
    Frank

    It is a pipe cutter.

The interchangeable wheels are for different pipe diameters and should not be sharp as they are not cutting wheels. Only the centre wheel is a cutting wheel the others are for turning the pipe cutter around the pipe as you cut it.

But why is it called the Kempee Combination JOINTER rather than pipe cutter. Different pipe diameters would be taken care of by the fact that one of the wheels can travel up and down with the screw adjustment.
Also it has the pointed "bit" that fits into the larger of the two tools.
I think there must be more to it than just being a "fancy" pipe cutter.

I believe the operative word here is tube ,not pipe .
obviously by the diagram in the link provided it's more than a tube cutter possibly use for swaging joints in copper tube and piercing tube so a tee joint can be made.

    Just my guess at it.

Thanks for the link, I'll be able to spend (waste ) an enormous amount of time on that site. I will have to try the thing and see if it's of use to me or whether to list it on ebay.
