Sounds good to me. Suggest a new thread when we know when the clamps are arriving.

I love my new clamps. Thanks again to Burn, Colin and Groggy, and thanks again Greg for the honing guide. I found the instructions and have had good results already. Cant wait till we do it again in 06 , hopefully a bit earlier in the year (i hate Nov & Dec).
    Thanks Kev.

    Ian,

H&C have just reported that the balance of clamps are to arrive late Jan, early Feb. IE 2-3 weeks from now.

    Regards

    Default They are here!

    Hi Peoples,

The clamps have arrived in Australia!

Hordon and Co will soon be shipping the delivery point clamps (BNE, CBR and ADL).

As soon as my ISP's domain name server comes back up and I can use e-mail again, I will be e-mailing the Brisbane and Adelaide Delivery Point people with a break down of the clamps destined for their location. I will also e-mail contact details for all people involved (BNE, CBR and ADL delivery point orders) of whom you call/e-mail.

Colin will be in contact with those whom are getting direct delivery of their clamps.

Please bear with me this evening, for as I said, my ISP is having problems (naturally now) and so I can use e-mail till they fix it.

    Regards
    Burn

Well, the clamps are meant to ship today. I was advised of shipping details for ADL, BNE and CBR delivery points and have passed them on to the delivery point organisers.

I believe Ian007 is putting on a BBQ for his ADL people (as I am for CBR types - just snags and bread here ... bugger the green stuff).

Remember, if you are not known personally to me, Ian or Mario in BNE, bring photo identification. The organisers have lists of the clamps and who gets what. Be nice to them as they have to break down the single shipment into multiples for you.

Colin will soon be in contact with those who are getting their clamps sent directly by him. One assumes he'll get his clamps from H&C next week. Remember, people in this group will need to pay for freight from Colin's place to yours, so remember to pay promptly when asked for it. I'd also suggest you browse Colin's ever growing web site and perhaps grab some additional items and amortise it's freight with your clamps.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank
    - Hordern and Co who were prepared to deal,
    - yourselves (the buyers) to make it worthwhile,
    - Darryl for doing it first and
    - especially Colin for acting as our agent - please thank Colin with new orders for his products.

    Regards

Canberra is still waiting on ours. Was told this morning that the pallette should be at my place sometime this afternoon. Perhaps a photo will be in order.

Most important bit is that SWAMBO knows the clamps are not just for me when they turn up, else I'd be living in the shed.
