Ol' Bucktooth lands on eBay
Scroll down and look at the photo on the bottom right of this listing:

The last time I saw a mouth like that it had a pair of braces in it.
Cheers,

Looks like the mouth off the stop smoking advertisement.
No plane should be treated like this!
I love the true and correct description of the plane:
The plane is intact and has a nice used patina.

What's the problem here? As Scribbly has noted: "The plane is intact...".
Surprisingly, there's no bids on it. Shame, the rest of the plane looks quite good and it appears to be an early low-knob model. It would be a good one for somebody that had an old intact base. But US$50.00 + shipping? I don't think so.Don't Just Do It.... Do It HardenFast!!

This is a shocker. Is it just my lack of knowledge, or is the tote a replacement? Looks like a poorly smoothed home-made job to me....

Yes, not real kind on the eyes is it? Or the hands either, would be my guess. Certainly looks nothing like the graceful tote on my '02 4 1/2.
