Looks a whole lot like a Stanley RB10. When the blade is blunt you just replace it with a spare blade. The blades are on the left of the picture, on the right is a guide fence for rebating. You'd better hope that Stanley blades fit this plane or you're out of luck when you run out of sharp blades.
The Stanley RB10s are not highly recommended. Unless someone that owns a Paremo plane like that comes along and says they're the best thing since sliced bread, you're probably best off leaving it on ebay.

I reserve the right to be wrong about any of the information above because that isn't a very large picture.

Can't remember when it happened but some time ago I acquired an RB10 NIB....I've just dug it out for a look.....the Paremo plane appears to be a delux version of the Stanley. Wood handles vs plastic, a better adjuster and a stronger looking fence.
I'd still spend my money on something else.

You're not wrong. looks a whole lot like the RB10 which I have never heard a good thing about.

Oh a nice shiny unused one does look good on the shelf - preferrably a nice veneered and yellow laquered shelf in a cabinet with spindly legs
