    Default a plane question.

    can anyone tell me what a plane like this is called (a mate had a plane that was like this but in a single piece) - the body of the plane had a right angle guide with the blade adjuster and holder in the center. I am after a pic but don't know what to search for???

    As Groggy said, its a chamfer plane a single piece unit would look something like the #72 Chamfer plane in this link : The Superior Works: Stanley Blood and Gore Planes #71 - #87
