    Default Making planes

    Ive got the tool and jig making bug after finishing my clamps and making a few dovetail squares from brass and sheoak. Im now keen to make my own panel plane in wood using a Gordon blade, does anyone have a favorite pattern (not floral) or plan that I can follow? Ive seen the chinese style and they look good but how good are they to use?
