Polishing turner totes
Hi learned woodies and tool restorers,
Has anyone tried re polishing the red acrylic totes and knobs from the turner planes?
is it worth the effort? Can it be done?
Thanks in advance for your input

They come up quite well with an unstitched cloth flap polishing disc on a bench grinder, using the fine grit white stick.
Won't take dents and major scratches out, but will put a nice shine on what's there.
