    Default rasp?

I found this rasp(?) at the w/e at a swap meet. I haven't seen one like it before, but being fairly new to all this woodworking lark that may not mean much. it has a raised "W" on the side but no other markings. Also the teeth on each side are different which makes me suspect its not homemade out of a bunch of old saw blades. Anyone out there seen anything like it.
    Cheers D

    $1? Bargain!
I may be weird, but I'm saving up to become eccentric.
