Hi there,
These are some pictures of the record 4 that I got from spring water (WWF member) a little while ago. When i got it it was missing a few parts and pieces but I have got it in to a working order, it still need some handles. Enjoy.

I see it has the older shape frog, so a higher chance that it might be a good one.

The cap-iron looks thicker than normal. Is it a two-piece Stay-Set?

Are you making your own handles?

That's a relief. I was appalled when I saw the Stanley lever cap.
