Default Stunning new workbench from Veritas with Free dog holes

Who can resist such a valuable addition to the workshop.

This could easily replace all my benches, save floorspace and add greater facility.

Simply has to go on the wish list. Group buy material ?

I was just thinking I hadn't seen their first of April 'new product' this year, thanks for the heads-up, Bas.

They must spend the whole year between April 1st dreaming these things up!

    Cheers,

PS. A group buy of extra dog-holes would be good. They're free & the postage should be light...

If Rob Lee is agreeable, Thousands of Dog Holes could be put through the compressor to reduce the volume and simplify transport even further. However this could present a problem for the OH&S police in Customs should they need to inspect the parcel. Additionally getting all the holes back in the parcel would be problematic.

OH SH** ! it is isn't it ??
Or it was , yesterday , does that mean it doesn't count ?

Thats it ! I hate their gear even more now .
If I ever get a chance I'm turning one of their smoothers into a toilet roll holder and bolting it to the wall.

I believe the Veritas plane totes are both efficacious, and comfortable when used on this bench.

Don't feel too bad about it, Rob, I was sucked-in on the first of these April first jokes of theirs, too. My reaction was the same as yours -"What foolishness are they catering for here!?"

Some of them have been very elaborate. This is one of the better ones, I reckon, it's quite believable that someone would come up with an idea like this & promote it. But that packet of free dog-hoes??!!

Those were the droids I was looking for.

You are missing the point entirely - they email the dog 'oles to you to save freight.
