Tiranti Carving Chisels????
Hi all...... purchased a second hand set of Henry Taylor Carving chisels and when they turned up.. instead of the usual Acorn sticker they have a sticker with TIRANTI on them. They still have Henry Taylor and the acorn stamped into the chisel itself. Just wondering if anyone can tell me anything about this branding and if they are the same quality etc. If it wasn't for the sticker everything else is the same to the eye anyway.

Thanks Bunya Pine...I have already tried... but for some reason it just comes up with a message saying it is a forbidden website. Might be my virus checker not liking it.

hmmmm... not sure whats going on then.....can't even access it from my phone or iPad.....that's weird.....can access any other site but this one. I find it unusual that other sites don't reference Alex Tiranti other than a passing comment. I am assuming that they get Henry Taylor to make them as an indent order with their own label.

It looks like my security won't allow me to visit this site as it isn't a secure site. I can't even see an option to allow a one off visit like some sites have. Looks like I will have to give it a miss.

Try Googling "Tiranti Chisel" and beside the appropriate link choose the down arrow and choose 'Cached'.
Or ditch your security software
