    Default Titan chipping hammer.. for interest.

    Was well aware that Titan made chisels and auger bits.. but what else ?
    Picked up this welders chipping hammer recently.. interesting !!
    Any thoughts ?

    Hi Kenny,
    Titan were at one point Titan Nail and Wire, and also Titan Manufacturing.
    They were a manufacturer or all sorts of steel and iron goods, wire, nails, frypans, shovels, picks, etc before announcing the chisel range.

    Dig around in Trove and you'll find all sorts of interesting stuff. Guys going to court for stealing the first batch of Titan chisels. Advertising for the chisel ranges. Announcements of the opening of the Titan Chisel factory. etc.

    Here are some examples of advertising from old newspapers:

    The Argus, Melbourne, 1924
