Kevin,
I just scored the three titans in the picture below at the market today. I'm planning to replace their handles with one like the top chisel in the photo. If the hoops look like the right size you are welcome to them and the wood they are stuck on.
For those that are interested the ferrules I'm using are the plumbing olives Derek has mentioned. I'm pretty happy with them other than only coming in 2 sizes.
