Tool Identification
Evening all,
After a bit of help identifying this tool, I believe it is a measuring tool of some description. By turning the drum it spins the dials and then corresponds to a number. Any ideas on what its name and use is and an idea of its value?

Hi,
I think it is a rev counter. It should have a rubber nose and you hold it in the dimple in the end of a spinning shaft for a minuet and take the reading.
