Not wood tools - but spanners
Not sure if theres a more appropriate forum area, but mods feel free to move if there is.
Anyway, I have a good set of KC Tools sockets, which I love, and I need a half decent set of spanners, but don't really have the dough for an expensive set. I know Kincrome aren't the best on the market, but I'm under the impression Sidchrome these days aren't too good either compared to the 'good ol days'.
Was wondering what those in the know think of this set:

The only thing I'm not sure of is that this same set I have seen (for nearly double the price!) in the plastic roll up sleeves the sets often come in, but this is the only set I have ever seen advertised in the 'tin' and wondering if there is any difference in quality etc. The seller tried to tell me (and it could be true) that the ones he is selling are the old stock japanese made ones and not the new polished taiwanese made ones (although some I have seen in the sleeves have specified made in Japan too).
Thoughts?
