Got the carbatec contractors saw...
Rating it 5 out of 10
Pros
accepts dado blades
low noise
Cons
(many of them)
Blade guard too flimsy and moves too much sideways.. On one occasion it moved that much that it hit the blade and exploded. Replaced it with jet guard works like charm
Fence was slightly bowed. Replaced it with biesemeyer style fence.. much better
Measurement gauge is rubbish and was off by approx 15 mm... Added digital fence measure to compensate
Saw blade can be easily miss aligned due to motor hanging at the back..
Overall due to the power limitations I had to get something running at 10A.. with the upgrades done saw is now about 7 out of 10...
