Seeking assistance with an old Austrec Cabinet Saw.
Hi, I'm a member of a wooden boat club and we recently bought an old Austrec Cabinet Saw from a deceased estate clearing sale ($400). It is in good condition and consists of a 10" saw with a 4" jointer. Whilst adjusting the saw and checking for accuracy, I discovered that the blade is about 1mm out of adjustment with the table slots. Unlike modern cabinet saws where the arbor is mounted off the cabinet and adjusting the table to the blade is a simple process, this saw arbor hangs from the underside of the table (similar to a modern hybrid style saw). The arbor assembly is secured to the table with two bolts. However the assembly appears to bolt into a machined slot giving the appearance that there is no ability adjust the arbor to the table. Before I start mucking about with it by pulling it apart, I'm hoping to get advice from someone familiar with the machine in the event I am missing something re how to adjust it. Aside from this issue, there are no other problems with the saw and I don't really want to strip it down if I don't have to.

There is another post on this site from 2008 which shows a number of photos of this machine being rebuilt. I have messaged the member who rebuilt the saw to no avail. Can anyone assist with advice on this saw and how to adjust the arbor to be parallel with the table slots?
