Durden pacemaker help needed
I am posting this for mac67 who is having trouble posting.
Is there anyone in brisbane or ipswich or nearby with one of these machine we can have a look at.
Has anyone adapted an incra mitre gauge to the narrower slot on the durden, or another gauge ?
Has anyone set up a disc sander on one of these ?I'm just a startled bunny in the headlights of life. L.J. Young.

If you are unable to find a mitre gauge that's suitable just grind the slide to fit
Sanding disk simply screws onto the shaft after removing the saw blade

It's not that simple with the incra gauges. I think he's looking for a machine to look at and some specific tips, not just general advice.

mac 67 posting problem thanks all
My pacemaker has a !/2" collet on end of spindle I wanted to see a disc & spigot before making my own (now nearly done)
I like the incra mitre slide but did not want to spend $100 if someone has already tried to fit one to the smaller slot on the table & failed
Cheers

I have fitted an Incra 1000 SE to my Hammer K3.
Not sure if that helps or not.
Its very snug in tohe slot and does not need to slide as I use the sliding panel to amke cuts.
