Default Extend right of blade limit on TSC10HB

    Gents,
I glimpsed a thread a while ago that mentioned increasing the cut distance, to the right of the blade, on a TSC-10HB to 920mm. It went something like "Moving the fence one hole to the right and drilling another hole". Can anyone provide more details please, such as where is the extra hole drilled (front fence support or front of wing)?

    Cheers

    Pete.

The extra holes are drilled into the rear rail from memory,
The bolt holes in the front main rail already line up with the holes in the cast iron top, just move it across one lot of holes. You can see it in this picture, the original position is where the spare philips head screw is.

You will need an additional support leg/upright as it may become a little tippy when cutting heavy stuff... we are talking a long lever from centre balance point!

What I've done with the rear rail, a length of 50x75 angle iron is bolted between the rear rail and the cast iron, this also supports my extension table

The angle iron extends all the way across(see the support leg picture), you have too notch out an area on the angle iron to allow for the blade guard tilt bracket

You can see in this picture how far away the fence is...

This is what you end up with,

Takes about 1/2 a day to do, nothing hard or complex about it

Thanks very much for that. That was really detailed.

Perhaps you could fit an Xacta 52" Commercial fence and rails?
