Default Help Carbatec MJ2325D Table saw

Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone could help me please. I just purchased the Carbatec MJ2325d table saw, and there is no instructions. This is my first table saw so i want to make sure that its put together correctly. The guy i purchased it off said he has no idea where they are. I have looked online but had no luck. Does anyone has a copy they could take photos of, or suggestions where i could find the instructions. Im desperate to get it up and going. I would be very grateful for any help or suggestions.

    Thanks

    Hayley

Google the part number, the number is generally the original manufacturers part number that has been badged "Carbatec" any of the user manuals will be able to guide you to what you're trying to do.

Better still ignore the user guides as they are generally pretty average, and watch a few youtube videos on how to set one up. You'll quickly realise the process is almost the same for every saw.

Here is another one with the same model No. you mention but under a different Brand. As others have said the machines seem to be made in the same factory and branded for the consumer. You will probably find the manuals read almost the same.

I've got a Carbatec branded MJ2325D, Hayley. The two manuals linked to are going to be fine for your purposes. I note that the Carbatec TS-C250H manual says the saw has a 5/8" arbor and the Hafco (Axminster ripoff) one says it's 25mm, mine is 30mm. I'm guessing you took possession of the saw substantially in one piece? These saws are pretty simple. Main things to check are:
    - alignment of the saw blade to the mitre slots
    - tension of the drive belt, it needs to be firm NOT too tight. No point putting excess strain on the bearings.
    - a general check over to ensure the cabinet is clean, the fasteners are tight and any moving parts are lubricated with a suitable dry libricant are the only other things.

One thing to note about these saws is that there is no adjustment in the blade rise and fall mechanism. So when winding to the extremities stop when you feel slight resistance. If you consistently go at it too hard you'll strip the gears.

    Hi Hayley,
The instruction manuals for the Carbatec Saw's are not great. My suggestion would be do a search on here for Carbatec Tablesaw. Or post any problems you might have setting up the saw, there's plenty of people on WWF who have the same saw and would be happy to help.
