A few years ago I bought a table saw from Gary Pye. It was called at the time a GPW 12/10 table saw but was retailed by a number of other people under a variety of names
    TRU PRO
    12 10 MA
    Jet JTST 10-12
    Woodman sold it also

This was in 2012 and it has been a good saw. But I need a new bottom pulley for it. Gary Pye no longer carries parts for it so I need some other source.

    Preferable in Australia.

    Any suggestions?

Most bearing places carry a wide range of pulleys and can order in even more.

Why not take your pulley, and perhaps the belt, to a good bearing place and see what they can do for you?

I hunted it around to a few places and was told that it was an odd size.

    Sadly

Hi Chook, how about an Accu-link adjustable V belt or a similar product.I think Carba-tec stock something long these lines.
Alternatively you may be able to use a longer belt and fit in a small tensioner pulley (if you are into metal working also)

Actually now you mention it, there is no reason why I have to stick with the same pulleys is there! So long as the length of the belt remains the same, I may be able to replace both top and bottom pulleys and the belt. I might do some measuring.

You should stick close to the same size pulley or you might change the rpms - too slow and it won;t cut efficiently and too fast and it can be too dangerous.
If you change the size of both pulleys to retain the same belt length you will change the rpms more than if you just change one and then you may have to get a different size belt.
If you increase one by 20% and reduce the other by 20% you will increase/decrease the speed by 40% which will almost certain be too much.

It would be useful to know
    - what you mean by the bottom pulley, motor or blade?
    - the OD and ID sizes of the pulley

And just out of interest what happened to the old pulley?
