    Default Jet TS elevator screw

    Hi All.
I need to replace the elevator screw and eccentric shaft on my jet TS (JTS-250CS)
The jet parts shop says elevator screw is out of stock and doesn't return anything for the shaft part number.
'ereplacement parts' offers slightly more info and says both parts are discontinued and not available.
The surfaces of both shaft and screw are damaged. I have smoothed them off but they will continue to wear at a faster rate than normal and need to be replaced.
Is anyone aware of other avenues to explore?
    Steve

    HI Steve,
Have a look on Toolpartsdirect.com and type in Jet JWSS-10CS Supersaw in the search box.( I assume that is your model)
    regards

Sorry Steve that might have been a bum steer. Every part I typed in was out of stock.
    Good luck

Thanks for taking the time Ross.
I guess the question becomes, "are there any current models where the parts are the same?"
I think I'll need to write to Jet and see what they come up with. I can't imagine that the designs change very much.

    pics for Joe Greiner

Hi Joe. Here is a snip out of the parts list. Basically the parts I need are 25 and 28. The head on 25 is the big screw (which is not drawn) that sits in the toothed arc of the mechanism.
It goes through 28 which is a sleeve and then on the front of the screw shaft (25) sits the toothed wheel (67) that is driven by the toothed belt (86) and the toothed wheel (48) directly from the hand wheel.
