    Can anyone tell me with certainty, the dustport size for this saw?

    It is small. I had the older version of this saw when it was a metal body model. Dust port was only about 35mm. As my shop vac had a 62mm pipe I took off the plastic connector and bodged up a home made connection. Looking at the manual the outlet looks to be the same as the older saw had.

    given that the stated dust collection efficiency is only 45%, perhaps it would be better to adopt an alternate dust collection system
