I bought a $2000 Laguna Platinum table saw and I think the blade that came with it could not have been worth more than $2.
The blade was as noisy as and the cut was poor but nowhere as bad as yours. I got a Carbitool Trade blade and the quality of the cuts are like chalk and cheese.
My advice to anyone buying a new saw is to ditch the original blade as quickly as possible.

Yep difference was like night and day, the only resistance I met was the sled sliding over the table alloy table not the most precise piece of kit no matter how much tweaking is done.
Hope this post help anyone else with burning that doesn't have to do with alignment and such and as Safari said ditch the factory blade unless its a decent after market one. I guess my stock blade shows the upper limit of just how bad it can be.
Thanks again.

Glad you got things sorted. Those ryobi saws can do a reasonable job if the blade and setup are right. Had mine about 10 years and it did a lot of projects.

Can you see anything with the old blade that may have made it so bad at cutting as compared to the new ones.
