Default Table Saw fence - after market micro adjuster

Has anyone seen after market micro adjustors for Biesemeyer style fences for a table saw (TSC10-HB).

Rockler have this one, but I'm looking for both a right and left hand adjuster.

    Thanks in advance

The best micro adjusters move the arm whilst the fence sled is locked down, otherwise the cam lock can seat a bit differently after adjustment. I have seen a good home made job, I'll have a look around for the link.

The cheapest and most accurate fine adjuster is a little rubber-headed mallet.

Let me guess, that moves the blade of the handsaw just enough?
