Table Saw safety ....
've read in various books and have head about a new safety feature on table saws that will stop a blade in a quarter of a turn and drop it below the table top if it comes in contact with your fingers. It apparently works on the electrical conductivity of your body/fingers.
I just found (by accident) a short realplayer demo of it .... WOW
Grab the file ftp://swtf.dyndns.org/pub/misc/TableSaw.rm
and then run it through realplayer (www.real.com).

This device has had a pretty good bashing on the BB before.
Have a look in the archives.

Oops. Sorry. I tend to search only before asking questions.
