Tablesaw Safety Video
Some years ago I watched a video of a bloke who rigged up a motor, belt and saw-blade and used a broom(?) to tension the belt. He had his foot up on the bench and his little daughter was roaming around and a dog was sleeping under the bench.
Needless to say it epitomized the stupidity of some people and was clearly created as a safety warning.
