so whats next
i had decided to get a TS 10L from carba-tec Brisbane but they dont have them in stock and cant tell me when they will be but it would after the end of October.
i was going to order a thicknesser, band saw, jointer and dusty but again was told none in stock besides the jointer so i have decided to take my business else ware as i feel this is poor service.
so can anybody recommend a cabinet saw about the same price 2k +- from another company.
i have obviously been looking round but id like to some opinions from the people here

I dont know of anything on the market with the same features in the same price ball park. They probably dont have any as they are good value for money and sell well.
IMHO probably worth the wait. If you dont get on the waiting list you will still be waiting at Christmas. It's a big purchase worth waiting a few months rather than getting something that is inferior to get it now.

I assume you've either got 15 amps or 3 phase ?
I understand everyone works to budgets but surely your better off saying "these features" up to $X.
There are a host of cabinet saws from the usual suspects and quite frankly I don't understand why carbatec can't keep machines in stock. Trade Tools Direct have that thing with the sliding table for $1300 or whatever, and H&F have a couple. ST250 is $1300 and the ST12D is $1695. The 12 looks like a right tilter and the fences are probably poor, but for the price difference you could buy a good aftermarket fence.
Whatever you buy have a good look over it. Personally I don't necessarily see a correlation between price and quality on the machines I looked at. I was looking at contractors saws though...I'm just a startled bunny in the headlights of life. L.J. Young.
