    Default Dw 1251 manual needed

    Hi All,

    fantastic forum, I have just managed to purchase a Dw 1251 RAS, but desperately need a manual to get the most out of this bit of kit.
    There is no saw table and i would appreciate any info/advice on the best way to construct one. is it best to use MDF or Ply?

    There is a long running thread here that covered this and someone in the UK had the manual available for download. Not sure if its still available from that source or not but I do have a copy that I downloaded, and a scanned PDFs of the 740 instruction manual, parts manual, and accessories brochure. Basically similar saws except the 740 has a remote column winder on the top of the arm near the front. 1251 parts list and some drawings available on the Aus Dewalt site here.

    I've just been given a1251 but do not have a manual. I should be really grateful if anyone could send me a copy of the manual. My email address is [email protected]. As it is currently deluging a mixture of rain, sleet and snow in the good old UK, I have taken refuge in my workshop and am trying to get to grips with the machine.
