Default Hafco, T330 thicknesser help needed

putting all the wood thru the thicknesser, am discovering the dryer the wood the better am using golden cypress.
Anyway yesterday a piece got caught half way, then the thicknesser bored a dent into the board. After that wood won't feed thru.
have to push the wood thru, I have cleaned in and out feed and then re waxed, but to no avail.
opened it up to see if there was damage to blades or roller, but all looks ok.
did find a metal pin about an inch long sitting loosely in the bottom, but have no idea where it is from.....
now need to find someone who can service and knows thee machines inside out 😊 Hopefully newr western suburbs of Melbourne.
    Any suggestions?
    regards
    Anna

    Hi Anna,
I'll start by stating that I'm not familiar with your particular machine. I would suggest that the pin you have found in the bottom of the machine is most likely to lock the feed roller onto a shaft. If you can open up the machine to where you can see the ends of the feed roller you may find a hole where the pin may fit. The roller may need rotating around the shaft until the holes in the roller and shaft line up.
See if you can open up the machine and let us know what you find.

I don't think I can help you fix the machine as I'm pretty bad with that myself, but I've got the same thicknesser so if you need photos of how things are supposed to look like happy to send them through.

Have you checked if the rollers and the cutter are rotating when you turn it on? I'd start with that and check all the gears.
