    Default Jointer help

I have a Carba-tec CTJ-360. Three blade jointer, 12 inch. I am thinkinking of doing the Shelix cutterhead modification. Can anyone tell me if the Carba-tec CTJ-360 is the same as the Delta DJ30. They look the same but who knows. No help from Carba-tec. I tried to get onto wizardproducts who are supposed to sell in Australia but the link I have tried is dead. Anyone done the conversion who can help or know someone that has please let me know.

    Regards
    Col

I got your message. I am doing the thicknesser first. I ordered the bits from Grizzly in USA for the Carbatec CTJ-381. I am undecided on the buzzer and still sussing out prices.

My Son installed Adblocker on my computer. I wonder if that is the problem. I get the same forbidden message no matter which link I try to go on. I have the phone number so I plan to call Wizard and see what is what price wise.

    Thanks anyway.

Works for me as well with Adblock.

I've had similar problems with some other sites that everyone else can see, so my guess is that your IP address might be in a range that's blocked on their end for some reason.

Thanks. Maybe they don't want us Laranians buying their stuff or the kerosene and steam powered internet we get here is too far below par to register.

In the end I am only going to do my thicknesser and leave the buzzer as is. just too expensive for the small gain for me. I am only doing the thicknesser to quell the noise to keep the neighbors happy. The buzzer though noisy isn't that bad. Maybe next years project once I save a bit of coin. I have the thicknesser parts all ready to fit but have been too busy carving chairs to get to it.
