    Default Jointer queeries

I have just bought a little 4inch jointer. It is not branded but on the safety guard it has " 4" Junior", it was made in Millwalkie and has a McPhersons badge on it??? It is cast iron, bench mounted. It has no pulley but about a 10mm shaft. I am wondering what speed should it turn at, therefore what size pullies I will need and what hp motor?? It is well made with gibbs to take up play in the tables. Any ideas or amnual on setting up would be appreciated. Thanks
