    Default Looking for spindle moulder rub collars/bearings

    Anyone got a line on where to get these in modern times? My google-fu has failed me.

    Spindle is 30mm and I am looking for something in the range of 80mm to 130mm outer diameter.

    I've looked at Dimar's website and all of the other usual suspects (that I can think of).

    I also rang Leitz today and they have options too. Not cheap options, but options...

    The UK provider you provided the link to is actually cheaper, though I don't know what they charge for shipping. But even if they overcharge for shipping, it's still probably going to be cheaper!

    Finally found what I need from Amana Tool in the US. Took a while to find the information I needed to order it but I got there in the end.

    I ended up buying it on eBay from one of the official Amana resellers. All up it came to about $220 including shipping. Leitz quoted me more than $400. Whitehill was going to be over $300 with shipping.

    Here is the snippet from Amana's catalog that gives you all the part numbers you need. I bought the items in the orange boxes:

    I found the items I needed on eBay by searching on Amana and the part number.

    Hopefully someone else finds that useful in the future.
