Upgrading Triton 15" TPT15 Cutter (to spiral)
Hi Woodys,
Apologies if this has been covered already but I just purchased a second hand TPT15 as my entry into the thicknesser world. The guy threw in 5 sets of brand new blades and an impeller fan for $500 which I was pretty happy with. I hear great things about the spiral/helix heads and was curious to know if anybody has upgraded their Triton with these? Is it even doable?
If so interested to know how much of a difference it made to the process and the noise levels.
Also very keen to know what are the things I should look out for maintenance-wise on this machine? Any preventative tune ups I should do going forward?
Thanks in advance.
