Drill Press
need a decent drill press would prefer floor pedestal but bench will be ok. I dont want crap therefore would like ideas about this Ebay 250110006342 If thats not a good option what do I need to look out for? Finance will be on the tight side cant get everything.

Those models aren't a bad drill for there value, I had one almost identical to that one and it had been used in my previous business drilling steel all day long, it only recently gave up the ghost due to motor burning out, had it for about 15yrs. They can be a bit noisy due to tolerances when made.
Really comes down to what you are willing to spend. The $200-500 range will get you a working drill with a bit off slop in them. Get up to and over $1000 will get you a pretty decent one which will be smoother and quieter with better tolerances.
