    Default Drill Press Mag Switch

    I need to replace the Mag switch on my drill press. size is around 9cm x 6 cm.
    Any idea where I could get one?

    Hi

    This eBay My World - chaudiolab eBay seller has a wide variety of similar switches in stock.

    Apart from that, I'd try H&F, some of their machines (including their drill presses) have similar switches.
    The first step towards knowledge is to know that we are ignorant.

    No luck so far.
    Model is CH 16N which has been sold by a few places but I haven't been able to get a switch yet. Thinking this must be a reasonably universal size and I should be able to find a different switch that fits. I got lucky when I bought the thing and it's a really good drill press other than the switch which was always a bit dodgy.

    I have a band saw and bench grinder Both of which had these switches, they both failed at different times , I went to JAYCAR , and got illuminated switches and made plates to fit the tools , and fitted new switches .
    Cost about $5.00 each.
